Andrés Gallegos (1960-2023) was a disability civil rights lawyer, a person with quadriplegia, and the NCD chairman from 2021-2023. His embracement of his own disability gave him the strength to champion equity in healthcare, accessibility, and the empower others with disabilities nationwide.
