We are a group of health care practitioners, educators, and advocates who come from a wide range of experiences and perspectives from across professions and care settings with a common interest in advancing understanding of disability and preparing a disability inclusive health care workforce. As we have created these modules, we have learned from, with and about each other in a truly enjoyable collaboration. This collaboration allows us to build on our collective foundational knowledge to develop a multi-faceted curricula that addresses core reasons for health disparities faced by PWD.
Because this is an ongoing project, the website and modules are ever evolving. To keep all information as updated and accurate as possible, each module will be reviewed at least every two years with the last reviewed date noted in the module. We value your feedback.
